How do I book a tour/a kayak?
You can book a tour or rent a kayak directly via the book now button in each section or via email, especially when you have still some questions you want to be answered before you finally book a trip.
When you booked directly via our book now links you will be guided to our online booking system. There you can pick and choose date and tour/kayak. You can choose then between creditcard and paypal as payment methods. If you don't feel like using our online booking system you can also write us an email to email@example.com or call us under +4797737448
What is included in my rental?
In your rental is always included: Kayak, safety equipment, waterproof map, life jacket, paddle, sprayskirt, (wetsuit and fishing equipment for free on request)
Do you rent any camping stuff?
Yes! We have some camping equipment to rent like tent, camping cooker, gas, sleeping bags or camping mats. You can add them when you rent a kayak via our online bookins system or write us mail.
Do I get a ticket or any booking confirmation?
Yes. After you booked a tour or rent a kayak you will get a email from us with all needed infos about your booking, details about what you booked , your trip details and where to meet.
Do I get a bill?
Yes. A few days after your trip is done you will get another email with a copy of your paid invoice.

How do I get to Jørpeland and Forsand?
By local bus:
From Stavanger you can get on the ferry to Tau. You can use this ferry as well with your car or camping bus.The ferry cross really frequently. You dont have to book before. HERE the link to ferry timetable.
When you arrived in Tau, you can take the local green bus number 100.
It will get you in 10minutes to our meeting point in Jørpaland. The bustation to get off is called -Jørpelandsvågen-. Busroutes and timetable here!
If you want to get to our rentalstation in Forsand, you drive with the bus 100 to Jørpeland and then get into bus 108 to Forsand. Busstop in Forsand is - Forsand kai-
With own car:
When coming with your own car you can take the ferry from Stavanger to Tau, or from Lauuvik to Oanes. Both ferries cross really frequently. You dont have to reserve before! HERE the timetable for Stavanger-Tau.

Pick up of kayaks and equipment
Pick up: starts from 9am in the morning. But you have to give a certain time when you want to really pick up your kayak.
Return: Anytime by yourself. You will get intsructions from us before you start your tour.

Pick up adress for tours from Jørpeland: Jørpeland Kai, Jørpelandsvågen, 4100 Jørpeland (closest adress for navi systems : Direktør Sæthersgate 29,4100 Jørpeland)
All equipment and the kayak must be cleaned with pure water, which you find on our rental station. Check the kayak before you clean it if you still have equipment or own luggage in. You will get instructions how to use and where to return all, from our guide before your tour starts.
In case you rather want us to take care of all the equipment after your tour, we have to ask for a cleaning fee of 200NOK for each kayak.
Repairment and insurance of kayaks
Little to normal damage like scatches on the boat or paddle are covered in your rental. In case a kayak or the equipment will be have higher damage due to misuse and wrong handling of the equipment we will send you a bill about the repairment for it.
You have to take care to have an insurance for yourself, by yourself.
We won't pay for any harm you take when you are on your trip alone.
Camping in the Fjord
You will find many nice camping spots in the Lysefjord where you can land with your kayak. You will get a waterproof map from us before you start, where the spots are listed.
